About the role

  • Play a key role in maintaining, enhancing and supporting our modern digital workplace environment.
  • Work closely with the Lead Workplace Technology Engineer and a small, agile team managing Microsoft-based end-user services and integrated collaboration platforms.
  • Responsible for ensuring that systems are secure, stable, compliant, and optimized for user productivity and experience.
  • Be the technical contact for implementation and support activities, contributing to projects when required.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 and Intune environments at scale.
  • Knowledge of Windows Autopilot, Entra ID, Conditional Access, and AVD management.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting across endpoint, network, and identity layers.
  • Experience managing hybrid AD and Entra ID environments, including GPO and directory sync.
  • Working familiarity with third-party integrations and SaaS workplace applications.
  • Documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Exposure to identity governance solutions such as Clearskye or Okta.
  • Experience supporting hybrid workplace or device modernisation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of ITIL-aligned service management and change control processes.
