• Apply and champion the Who hiring framework, ensuring consistent use of scorecards, structured interviews, reference discipline, and A-Player standards across searches
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding role definition, interview strategy, and providing clear, constructive challenges when needed

QA Engineer

• You will be involved in the overall review and revision of testing plans and procedures.
• You will work closely with Developers, Product Managers, and Project Managers to ensure quality standards are upheld throughout the development process.
• You will be responsible for creating tests to identify software issues before the system is deployed to production.
• Additionally, you will lead and support team members in improving their skills.
• Your duties will include identifying and analyzing bugs and errors discovered during the testing phase, documenting and reporting them, and collaborating with software developers to resolve issues.
• Other responsibilities include developing and executing new tests, reporting results, and continuously improving testing processes.

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Database Administrator

• Own hands-on database operations and support for SQL Server and PostgreSQL in a large, multi-team engineering organization
• Work closely with DevOps teams to improve database reliability, observability, and day-to-day operations.
• Proactively tune schemas, indexes, and queries to support evolving application workloads.
• Diagnose and fix real performance problems: slow queries, poor execution plans, locking, and resource contention.
• Proactively monitor database health and implement improvements before issues reach production.
• Partner directly with engineering teams during design and development to guide data modeling and database usage.

• Own all independent veterinary clinics within an assigned state or geographic territory and shape how the business pursues opportunities within that region
• Analyze territory performance to identify underpenetrated regions, clinic segments, and geographic trends, and translate insights into engagement strategies
• Maintain and update clinic and account data that informs ICP scoring, while exercising judgment to prioritize accounts based on human context and market insight
• Develop account-level and geographic engagement strategies, determining timing, messaging approach, and escalation paths
• Decide whether prospective accounts are qualified for sales engagement and exercise authority to advance, defer, or mark opportunities as unqualified
• Select which qualified opportunities are scheduled for meetings and routed to Account Executives based on readiness, fit, and strategic priority
• Execute outbound engagement strategies in support of territory-level pipeline objectives, completing approximately 300 cold engagement attempts per week
