About the role
- Serve as the bridge between creative and growth, translating performance data into actionable creative strategies and briefs.
- In collaboration with team leads, continuously analyze campaign results (CTR, CVR, ROAS, etc.) across DTC, paid social, email, and Amazon to identify winning messages, formats, and creative angles.
- Develop hypotheses, test plans, and creative experiments, and partner with Growth Team and designers to bring those ideas to life.
- Share clear, data-backed creative recommendations with stakeholders to inform future campaigns and creative.
- Act as the intake point for performance creative requests across marketing and sales.
- Translate complex business needs and market goals into creative briefs that align with brand voice, performance goals, and channel best practices.
- Manage the creative pipeline, prioritize projects, and ensure clear communication between sales ops, brand, and design.
- Own brand consistency across all sales touchpoints, including DTC site, Amazon storefront and listings, retail partner assets, and promotional materials.
- Audit and review creative assets, messaging, and product detail pages to ensure they adhere to brand standards, voice, and visual identity.
- Partner with sales ops and marketplace teams to flag and correct off-brand or outdated creative quickly and proactively.
- Serve as the brand’s “quality gatekeeper” — ensuring every asset in-market reinforces Petlibro’s positioning and meets performance objectives.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in creative strategy, growth marketing, or performance-driven brand marketing (DTC, e-commerce, or consumer tech preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset — able to interpret performance data and translate it into creative hypotheses and recommendations.
- Deep understanding of how creative and messaging drive results across paid social, DTC websites, and Amazon.
- Demonstrated experience writing creative briefs, working cross-functionally with design and marketing teams, and managing feedback loops.
- Willingness to work evening hours to collaborate with Shenzhen teams.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and project management skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
- Proficiency with creative and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Ads, Figma).
