• Record and categorize all incoming and outgoing transactions in QuickBooks
• Manage A/P entries and prepare/issue customer invoices for wholesale accounts
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Perform weekly and monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Reconcile third-party platforms such as Shopify and track incoming deposits from multiple channels
• Work with Avalara on sales tax processing and tax notices
• Assist with monthly close procedures as assigned and support month-end reporting
• Communicate proactively with team members regarding finance-related questions and issues
• Support finance team and Finance Manager as needed to streamline processes as company scales
