IT Support

• Manage user accounts, including setting up, modifying, and deactivating accounts according to company policy and security guidelines
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues, providing first-level support
• Handle and resolve IT support tickets, prioritizing by urgency and impact and escalating complex issues
• Conduct routine checks on computer systems and networks for performance and security
• Assist with setting up systems and configuring hardware and software
• Maintain records of user access changes, IT issues, and resolutions
• Learn new technologies and IT procedures, especially access management and support ticket systems
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless user access and effective issue resolution
• Support IT projects involving access management and support system enhancements
• Maintain, support, and optimize IT infrastructure and day-to-day technology operations
• Assist with implementing new technologies, maintaining cybersecurity protocols, and ensuring compliance with IT policies
• Travel to headquarters and pet care centers as needed to familiarize yourself with projects and ensure timelines are met
