About the role
- Primary point of contact: Ansprechpartner for end customers for questions and concerns, providing expert support
- Responsible for all inquiries from parking users to actively shape a positive parking experience
- Manage customer-specific issues, including the Peter Park Ticket System and general customer inquiries
- Support the strategic implementation and continuous development of CRM processes
- Professional handling of challenging issues related to data protection and support for the secure implementation of relevant requirements
- Close collaboration with Product & Tech, Customer Success, Project Management and Sales to develop optimal solutions for B2C customer inquiries
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in customer communication, customer service, customer relationship management or comparable areas
- Strong hands-on mentality, excellent analytical skills and a positive, solution-oriented working style
- Ability to quickly grasp complex matters and find clear, understandable answers for customers
- Calm and professional demeanor, even in stressful situations with customers and colleagues
- Strong team orientation, working closely with colleagues to develop optimal solutions and sustainable customer satisfaction
- Confident use of MS Office; ideally experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Freshdesk, Zendesk or similar)
- German at native level and English fluent in spoken and written form; additional language skills are an advantage.
