• Verantwortung für alle Anfragen der Parkplatznutzer:innen zur aktiven Mitgestaltung einer positiven Park-Experience
• Verwaltung kundenspezifischer Themen, einschließlich Peter Park Ticket System und allgemeiner Kundenanfragen
• Unterstützung bei der strategischen Implementierung und kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung von CRM-Prozessen
• Professioneller Umgang mit herausfordernden Fragestellungen rund um Datenschutz und Unterstützung bei der sicheren Umsetzung entsprechender Anforderungen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product & Tech, Customer Success, Project Management und Sales zur Erarbeitung optimaler Lösungen für B2C-Kundenanfragen

Customer Service Manager

• Primary point of contact: Ansprechpartner for end customers for questions and concerns, providing expert support
• Responsible for all inquiries from parking users to actively shape a positive parking experience
• Manage customer-specific issues, including the Peter Park Ticket System and general customer inquiries
• Support the strategic implementation and continuous development of CRM processes
• Professional handling of challenging issues related to data protection and support for the secure implementation of relevant requirements
• Close collaboration with Product & Tech, Customer Success, Project Management and Sales to develop optimal solutions for B2C customer inquiries

Project Manager

• Planung, Umsetzung und Betreuung neuer und laufender Projekte
• Kenntnis der Bedürfnisse der Kund:innen und Lieferung eines voll funktionsfähigen Produktes

Junior Project Manager – m/w/d

• You are responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing new and ongoing projects
• You understand your clients' needs and deliver our product to them as a fully functional, high-quality high-tech parking solution
• You support internal projects of varying complexity and actively contribute ideas to improve internal processes, strengthening the Operations team and the wider Peter Park organization
• You support and are responsible for ensuring compliance with framework guidelines to secure the achievement of set objectives
• You act as an interface between Sales and the CRM team: in coordination with the departments, you ensure a smooth handover process for projects
