Relationship Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You proactively manage and develop our Swiss B2B existing customers.
- You confidently guide new customers through the implementation process and turn them into true product experts.
- You act as the bridge between our Swiss customers and internal teams in Tech, Product, and Sales.
- You advise customers not only via Google Meet but are where the action is—on-site across locations throughout Switzerland.
- You gather valuable market insights from Switzerland and help us adapt our product to local needs (e.g., integrations, pricing/tariffs).
Requirements
What you’ll need- A completed commercial or technical apprenticeship (EFZ) or a relevant degree
- At least 2 years in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or Project Management (ideally in the SaaS or mobility sector)
- Full professional fluency in Swiss German and French (C2)
- You understand complex datasets as well as the interpersonal nuances in sales conversations
- You are a doer with Swiss grit—pragmatic, solution-oriented, and utterly reliable.
