About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You proactively manage and develop our Swiss B2B existing customers.
  • You confidently guide new customers through the implementation process and turn them into true product experts.
  • You act as the bridge between our Swiss customers and internal teams in Tech, Product, and Sales.
  • You advise customers not only via Google Meet but are where the action is—on-site across locations throughout Switzerland.
  • You gather valuable market insights from Switzerland and help us adapt our product to local needs (e.g., integrations, pricing/tariffs).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A completed commercial or technical apprenticeship (EFZ) or a relevant degree
  • At least 2 years in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or Project Management (ideally in the SaaS or mobility sector)
  • Full professional fluency in Swiss German and French (C2)
  • You understand complex datasets as well as the interpersonal nuances in sales conversations
  • You are a doer with Swiss grit—pragmatic, solution-oriented, and utterly reliable.
