About the role
- Manage the day-to-day operational service support for our team
- Manage NSR Reporting fulfillment actions across teams
- Establish and maintain ticket topic reason code tags
- Manage key metrics, measure and improve operational activities
- Partner with Manager of CS and Team Leads
- Manage and develop Operation Account Managers
- Hire and onboard new team members as needed
- Oversee and ensure process documentation
- Partner with other operational areas
Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 2 – 5 years of experience in luxury product markets
