About the role

  • Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities in target verticals such as food processing, hospitality, healthcare, property management, and manufacturing.
  • Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to understand client needs and develop customized service proposals.
  • Present and sell pest control solutions to decision-makers, including facility managers, operations leaders, and procurement teams.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in pest control, facilities services, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of hunting and closing new business.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to travel regionally to meet with clients and prospects.
  • State specific licensing requirements may apply.
