About the role
- Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits
- Identify and qualify opportunities in target verticals such as food processing, hospitality, healthcare, property management, and manufacturing
- Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to understand client needs and develop customized service proposals
- Present and sell pest control solutions to decision-makers, including facility managers, operations leaders, and procurement teams
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in pest control, facilities services, or a related field
- Proven track record of hunting and closing new business
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to travel regionally to meet with clients and prospects
