About the role
- Lead discovery, research, and definition of new features within the eBilling domain.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps, user stories, and epics in JIRA.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Revenue teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Manage the product backlog, continuously refining priorities based on user feedback, data, and business needs.
- Establish clear KPIs and success metrics for your product areas, and track impact post-release.
- Communicate priorities, progress, and trade-offs to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Contribute to strategic thinking alongside the Product Group Manager to align product work with broader company goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS product management.
- A track record of shipping impactful product features end-to-end.
- Strong discovery skills, including conducting user interviews, analyzing data, and validating hypotheses.
- Familiarity with JIRA and agile product development processes.
- An execution-focused mindset and strong ownership mentality.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A passion for building thoughtful, customer-centric solutions.
- Bonus Points if you have:
- Experience with eBilling, matter/case management, or Fintech/LegalTech products.
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale client environments, including Fortune 100/500.
