Lead core platform initiatives across Data and Core Engineering to improve scalability, reliability, and performance.
Own end-to-end discovery and delivery for complex, technical initiatives by translating system-level challenges into clear business outcomes.
Drive roadmap definition and prioritization in close partnership with Engineering, Data, and Design leads.
Establish measurable success metrics for platform investments and lead post-launch analysis to inform iteration.
Enable cross-functional visibility and communication, ensuring GTM, Ops, and Customer Success teams are aligned and informed on upcoming changes.
Coach and mentor early-career PM team members, helping establish best practices for discovery, measurement, and stakeholder communication.
Partner with leadership to evolve how we define and communicate the roadmap, align cross-functional priorities, and strengthen our execution discipline.
Collaborate with Data teams to improve data quality, observability, and internal data productization — foundational for analytics, fraud detection, and automation.
Gradually expand scope to include Fraud initiatives, driving innovation in fraud signal detection, document verification, and trust infrastructure.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in a SaaS environment, with at least 3 years in product management
Strong technical fluency; you are experienced with SQL and comfortable engaging with APIs, data models, and engineering trade-offs.
Proven success owning an end-to-end product area and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Experience working closely with data, infrastructure, or core engineering teams.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Analytical mindset and experience using data to guide prioritization and measure success.
A highly collaborative approach and track record of building trust across Engineering, Design, and GTM teams.
Passion for mentoring and elevating others on the product team.
