• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and translating actuals into forward-looking projections

• Own the Decisions & Outcomes roadmap end-to-end from discovery and scoping through delivery and measurement, across ruleset orchestration, fraud detection, specialist tooling, and decision accuracy.
• Drive measurable improvements to decision speed, accuracy, and fraud prevention, directly impacting win rates, customer retention, and revenue growth.
• Translate complex technical systems into clear business value narratives, presenting to executives, customers, and cross-functional partners.
• Partner with Data and Engineering to identify and integrate new signals for fraud detection, risk assessment, and decision automation, including exploring ML-driven signals and dynamic ruleset optimization.
• Expand DecisionAssist’s capabilities to serve more complex customer segments, including affordable housing, student housing, and large multifamily.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and communication, ensuring Screening Ops, Sales, Market, and Customer Success teams are informed and aligned on upcoming changes to decisioning systems.
• Influence company-level product strategy as an experienced voice in the PM org, connecting decisioning work to broader goals around the renter journey, new segments, and competitive moats.

Operations

• Collaborate with the BizOps team to manage day-to-day operations across multiple product teams.
• Maintain and continuously improve standard operating procedures, workflows, and documentation to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and dashboards to identify trends, bottlenecks, and errors, then partner with team leads to design and implement concrete improvements.
• Maintain staffing and operating forecasts for offshore teams, including headcount planning, capacity modeling, and performance reporting to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product leadership and the Executive team on ways to improve product operations.

Operations Associate

Engineering Manager

• Lead and support a high-performing team of engineers, serving as a technical mentor and a strategic partner to the Head of Engineering.
• Own durable systems and drive the execution of our product roadmap.
• Guide architectural decisions for scalable, available web applications.
• Identify and prioritize technical debt across the codebase.

• You’ll enable event orchestration and data access across internal and external systems, powering data science to drive the property management industry forward.

Backend Software Engineer

Full-stack Engineer

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end web applications and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Data Science, Compliance, and Security to define, scope, plan, and release projects.
• Build for scale, availability, performance, and security for customer-facing applications.
• Architect and own new features in our ecosystem, collaborating with other Engineers to integrate frontend and backend systems.
• Provide robust technical documentation, code reviews, and promote best practices.
• Monitor performance, debug issues, and ensure operational excellence.
• Make key prioritization decisions with limited supervision.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and ensure the company is taking advantage of the latest technologies and best practices.

Lead Software Engineer

IT Support

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle for our global workforce, ensuring seamless hardware provisioning and software access for all new hires and secure deprovisioning for departures.
• Manage SOC2 processes and maintain our security posture using Vanta and JumpCloud (MDM).
• Take full ownership of our NoHo office tech, including high-speed Wi-Fi management, Zoom Room configurations, and general troubleshooting for in-office hardware.
• Serve as the primary administrator for Google Workspace and other core SaaS tools by managing user permissions, access requests, and license optimization.
• Manage hardware and software setups for our global workforce, including monitoring and compliance for offshore teams via ActiveTrak.
• Manage your own budget line items for IT tooling, hardware procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Partner with Engineering and Operations to ensure our tech stack aligns with company growth and security requirements.
