• Secure new customers by selling directly to property management executives and leaders.
• Partner closely with a dedicated lead-generating Sales Development Representative to strategically fill and qualify your pipeline.
• Collaborate with our post-sales Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure every closed deal successfully transitions for long-term success and maximizes the value of Findigs.
• Expertly navigate a high-volume pipeline of opportunities simultaneously, working through a rapid 1-3 month sales cycle on average.
• Work cohesively with the Findigs Product team to escalate prospect requests, challenge the status quo, and expand our platform's use cases.
• Partner with internal technical teams to accurately position integrations and technical requirements with prospects.
• Track all customer details and maintain vigilant Salesforce hygiene to effectively forecast predictable revenue.

SMB Account Executive

Product Manager

• Lead core platform initiatives across Data and Core Engineering to improve scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Own end-to-end discovery and delivery for complex, technical initiatives by translating system-level challenges into clear business outcomes.
• Drive roadmap definition and prioritization in close partnership with Engineering, Data, and Design leads.
• Establish measurable success metrics for platform investments and lead post-launch analysis to inform iteration.
• Enable cross-functional visibility and communication, ensuring GTM, Ops, and Customer Success teams are aligned and informed on upcoming changes.
• Coach and mentor early-career PM team members, helping establish best practices for discovery, measurement, and stakeholder communication.

• Provide executive oversight of offshore operations, ensuring cultural leadership, high-engagement atmosphere and alignment with U.S. strategy.
• Own day-to-day execution across Underwriting, Pet Verification, Tagging, and Support.

• Serve as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise and key mid-market clients, ensuring they achieve their business outcomes using the Findigs platform.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive platform adoption, retention, and expansion opportunities within your portfolio.
• Lead executive business reviews (EBRs) and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key client stakeholders to report on value, share insights, and align on future goals.
• Proactively monitor account health and product usage to identify and mitigate risks, while also uncovering opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Partner with Sales and Implementations to facilitate seamless handoffs from the sales cycle and collaborate on renewal and expansion strategies.
• Act as the voice of the customer, translating complex client feedback and requirements into actionable insights for our Product and Engineering teams.
• Contribute to scaling and refining our customer success practice by helping define playbooks, processes, and best practices for our enterprise segment.
