• Client & Stakeholder Interface: You act as the primary operational point of contact for our clients (public sector, private sector, NGOs), managing expectations and ensuring clear, reliable communication.
• Coordination of Expert Workstreams: You align technical workstreams, integrating inputs from consultants and researchers into coherent, high-quality outputs with a unified storyline.
• Financial Tracking & Governance: You monitor burn rates vs. budgets, forecast resource needs, and flag deviations early to ensure project profitability.
• Process Improvement: You don’t just follow SOPs—you improve them. You mastery project tools (e.g., Asana, SharePoint) and help us increase delivery excellence.
