About the role
- Develop features for web and mobile platforms; design, code, and test platform components
- Triage bugs, investigate production incidents, and enhance monitoring for platform stability
- Perform technical operations tasks and help monitor production systems
- Participate in sprint grooming, planning, and kick-offs to estimate stories and provide technical insights
- Write robust unit tests covering edge cases and reliability
- Champion design strategies for scalability, maintainability, performance, security, and usability
- Resolve production issues and take ownership of platform stability
Requirements
- 2+ years software development experience
- Experience with Java and/or .NET (or similar technologies)
- Understanding of Angular and Java frameworks
- Experience developing services and APIs
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and solid grasp of object-oriented programming
- Understanding of best practices for software development including testing, monitoring, and design
- Unit testing expertise and ability to write effective unit tests
- Ability to contribute to technical discussions and provide implementation guidance
- Strong communication skills and collaboration mindset
- Passion for learning new technologies and applying them pragmatically
