About the role

Design, develop, and maintain system solutions that meet business requirements
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of system architecture and solutions
Develop and refine system procedures considering system capacity and limitations
Provide database maintenance and operational support to ensure stable and efficient performance
Conduct application testing, implement QA practices including code reviews and testing strategies
Analyze and route issues into appropriate ticketing systems, ensuring timely updates and closure
Create and maintain operational and security documentation to support audits and internal standards
Promote innovation by adopting new technologies, tools, and development best practices to enhance efficiency
Prepare regular reports for senior management and ensure processes and standards are properly documented

BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field
2+ years of experience in software development working with large enterprise applications
Expertise in software design and object-oriented programming
Proficient coding skills in C# and Java
Web development skills: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Angular
MSSQL and Oracle database design, performance tuning, and optimization
Application testing and QA practices, including code reviews and testing strategies
In-depth understanding of agile development methodologies
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
Ability to work on-site three days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays mandatory)
Ability to sit for prolonged periods and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
