Assist the Senior Director Vendor Management & Regulatory Reports with oversight and monitoring of TPA operational vendor-partner relationships
Perform Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and coordinate timely issue resolution or research
Build and maintain strong relationships with TPA operational vendors and serve as primary point of contact
Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs; conduct recurring QBRs and performance reviews
Address and resolve vendor issues; implement corrective actions
Assess and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans
Communicate vendor capabilities and performance to internal stakeholders; provide training and support
Ensure vendors comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Associate degree
3-5 Years of Experience
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree 5-8 Years of Experience
Healthcare Management, Third Party Administration (TPA), Audit, Compliance, Contract Management, Risk Management, and Vendor-Relationship Management preferred
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Advanced computer proficiency
Strong analytical skills
