💰 $135,000 - $150,000 per year
About the role
- Generate new direct sales of Personify Health SaaS solutions via inbound and outbound lead activity
- Follow up on inbound marketing leads, develop outbound leads, and create market awareness
- Qualify leads and pursue full-cycle sales; nurture relationships, build value, handle objections, and create urgency
- Own Midwest territory and achieve/exceed Annual Recurring Revenue objectives
- Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and develop strategic territory plans
- Execute lead generation initiatives (direct mail, email marketing, events, trade-shows, luncheon seminars, cold calling)
- Leverage SalesForce.com for opportunity management and forecasting
- Demonstrate Personify Health products in-person or via Zoom and generate sales proposals
- Coordinate with Account Management and Implementation on pre/post-sales activities
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Personify Health product portfolio
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years’ experience in SaaS industry, preferably in Human Capital Management or Health/Wellness/Navigation/Engagement categories
- Documented history of consistent quota over-achievement
- Experience selling enterprise products/services with value-based selling methodologies
- Strong familiarity with SalesForce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, GoToMeeting and other web-based technologies
- Excellent written and strong communication skills to understand and identify customer needs and map business value
- Proficient in managing complex selling engagements
- Willingness to accept and contribute new ideas and adapt to a rapidly changing, high-growth environment
- Passion for collaboration and team building across the sales organization and cross-functionally
- Capacity to get things done quickly
