💰 $90,000 - $110,000 per year
About the role
- Provide strategic enablement support to Sales and Strategic Account teams
- Identify and manage training needs and coordinate delivery with internal departments
- Manage documentation, communication, and the Commercial knowledge base
- Oversee enablement projects, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and budget compliance
- Design, deliver, and maintain training materials including presentations, modules, playbooks, and assessments
- Provide regular product and process updates to Commercial Teams
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness via assessments, application, and surveys
- Support events, administration, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration on product and market alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years’ success in client management, project management, or product training (SaaS experience preferred)
- Skilled in curriculum design, training delivery, and assessment (online L&D software preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience with Seismic (strongly preferred) and Gainsight (preferred)
- Knowledge of Health, Wellbeing & Navigation Market
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent oral and visual presentation skills
- Excellent communication and writing (technical and non-technical) skills
- Ability to understand complex technical product features/processes and synthesize into training materials
- Top-notch project management skills
