About the role
- Ready to create a healthier world? Personify Health simplifies and personalizes health experiences. Generate new direct sales of SaaS solutions by following up inbound leads, developing outbound leads, creating market awareness, qualifying leads, and pursuing full cycle sales. Manage territory (TX) supporting the entire US. Achieve and exceed Annual Recurring Revenue objectives in assigned territory. Forecast revenue targets monthly, quarterly, annually. Develop strategic territory plans to maximize revenue. Create lead generation initiatives (direct mail, email marketing, events, trade-shows, seminars, cold calling). Use Salesforce to manage opportunities, forecasting, and reporting. Demonstrate products via in-person or Zoom and generate sales proposals. Coordinate with Account Management and Implementation for pre/post-sales. Maintain in-depth knowledge of product portfolio. Position eligible for 75% variable compensation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 15+ years’ experience in SaaS industry, preferably in the Human Capital Management or Health, Wellness, Navigation Productivity and Engagement category. Documented history of consistent quota over-achievement. Experience selling enterprise products/services with a focus on value-based selling methodologies. Strong familiarity with sales tools such as SalesForce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, GoToMeeting and other web-based technologies. Excellent written and strong communication skills to understand and identify customer needs and map business value. Proficient in managing complex selling engagements. Willingness to accept and contribute new ideas, and adapt to a rapidly changing, high-growth, environment Passion for collaboration and team building across the sales organization and cross-functionally within Personify Health. Capacity to get things done quickly. No candidate will meet every single desired qualification.
