Platform Engineer

• Design, build and scale the BI data analytics platform from the ground up.
• Build foundations enabling scalable data pipelines and robust data modeling for real-time and batch analytics, ML models and business insights.
• Take full ownership of design and implementation of a scalable and efficient BI data infrastructure, ensuring high performance, reliability and security.
• Lead the design and architecture of the data platform from integration to transformation, modeling, storage and access.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines, batch and real-time, to support analytics, reporting and product integrations.
• Establish and enforce best practices for data quality, lineage, observability and governance to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Integrate modern tools and frameworks such as Airflow, dbt, Databricks, Power BI and streaming platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering and analytics teams to translate business needs into data infrastructure.
• Promote a data-driven culture and empower stakeholders with reliable self-service data access.

Data Platform Engineer

Account Executive

• Work closely with Personetics’ leadership to strategically penetrate new accounts, manage existing clients and win new business opportunities
• Be a hunter: drive new and existing customer growth in the largest banks in Brazil and Mexico
• Earn trust and direct messaging relationships with executives at top 20 banks
• Listen to customer strategic initiatives, understand the business environment, and position Personetics as critical to reaching customer goals
• Create new opportunities and appointments through outbound activity and managing inbound leads
• Execute lead qualification, opportunity development and accurate forecasting
• Drive and raise the standards for all sales/marketing functions as it relates to company business
• Deliver market insights and strategic suggestions to Personetics
• Assist current clients as needed

Business Analyst

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of financial institutions throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.
• Lead client onboarding and provide strategic guidance, including on-site workshops, ensuring a comprehensive understanding and effective use of Personetics’ solutions.
• Conduct detailed data analysis, including data mapping and integration processes, validating insights, and driving data remediation processes.
• Perform performance monitoring and statistical analysis to optimize and enhance product usage, client satisfaction, and overall effectiveness of deployed solutions.
• Respond to Business and Functional requirement requests.
• Design and write functional specs for customer requirements.
• Support the implementation team during user acceptance test.
• Work closely with business and technology units.
• Research, analyze and organize big data from both technical and business perspective.
• Analyze, specify, and validate new business requirements and participate in new product designs.
