About the role

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Align candidate profiles with hiring managers and leadership
  • Post job openings, screen resumes and conduct interviews
  • Support marketing to strengthen employer branding
  • Follow up with candidates and provide feedback
  • Conduct onboarding
  • Monitor and support new hires
  • Ensure a positive employee experience and team integration
  • Support leaders with people-related matters
  • Actively listen to employee concerns
  • Support initiatives related to workplace climate, engagement and culture
  • Mediate conversations and conflicts when necessary
  • Organize internal events
  • Internal communication (employee communications / internal marketing)
  • Create and improve HR processes
  • Organize workflows, documents and routines; update the HR knowledge base
  • Provide strategic HR support for company growth
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Organize internal documents and processes
  • Research, negotiate and implement new benefits

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience performing the activities described in this role
  • Bachelor's degree completed
  • Experience in recruitment and selection (particularly for tech profiles)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, autonomy and proactivity
  • Comfortable working with different profiles and personalities
  • Genuine desire to build and improve processes
  • Experience in startups, fintechs or technology companies
