About the role
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
- Develop, manage, and own comprehensive project plans and timelines
- Manage expectations and track project progress against milestones and KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and execution
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders
- Provide proactive, clear and concise communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Hold senior managers and cross-functional contributors accountable for on-time project tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred
- 5+ years of hands-on project management, preferably in financial technology or SaaS environments
- Experience managing enterprise platform implementations (e.g. Service Now, Salesforce)
- Experience with M&A integration projects and product launch coordination
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, and other collaboration platforms
