Provision, configure, and maintain Azure infrastructure resources, including VMs, storage accounts, networking, and Azure SQL databases.
Administer and optimize Azure DevOps environments, including pipelines, repositories, and permissions.
Plan and execute software deployments, including applications, data, and databases, ensuring minimal downtime.
Monitor system performance, security, and availability across all Azure-hosted environments.
Provide application support for clients, focusing on deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with software development teams to ensure applications are deployed and maintained in alignment with infrastructure best practices.
Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and security compliance protocols.
Act as the liaison between cloud infrastructure management and client software support.
Also act as local IT supporting CalcAir Employees with adhoc tech and equipment requirements

Requirements

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure administration
Hands-on experience with Azure provisioning, networking, and Azure SQL administration
Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines, repos, and CI/CD processes
Experience with Terraform
Proficiency in supporting enterprise applications, including deployment and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and cloud security practices
Experience with PowerShell or Azure CLI for automation and scripting
Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL)
Excellent communication and documentation skills
