Lead and oversee delivery of custom client solutions, including integrations, migrations, and tailored product enhancements.
Manage teams responsible for end-to-end client implementations and onboarding across multiple product lines.
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Professional Services Team.
Implement PSA tools and delivery dashboards for visibility into backlog, utilization, and forecast accuracy.
Serve as the sponsor for key client implementations when needed and as a strategic advisor to clients during onboarding and implementation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information systems or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and work experience
5+ years’ experience in Professional Services, Implementation or Customer Success
Proven success in building and/or scaling a Professional Services function required.
Experience leading and/or mentoring Professional Service, Implementation and/or Customer success or similar teams.
Strong understanding of SaaS delivery models, enterprise client onboarding, and change management.
Experience with mortgage lenders or financial technology solutions is highly desirable.
Experience with tools like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Click Up, Teamwork or similar platforms.
