About the role
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for 2-5 Enterprise accounts in Financial Services and/or Retail, driving customer engagement and adoption of Persado.
- Develop and execute results-driven account plans aligned to quarterly, semi-annual, and annual customer goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor on Persado products—onboarding users, enabling adoption, and championing customer needs. Additionally: Lead regular status calls, working sessions, and contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews; Own issue resolution and escalate as needed; identify process or product improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Manage multiple workstreams with creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel as needed (1-3x per quarter)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role at a high-growth SaaS, tech, or digital marketing company serving large Enterprise clients
- Strong analytical mindset; able to interpret data, calculate ROI, and support impact reporting using Excel or Google Sheets (including pivot tables and basic formulas)
- A basic understanding of key marketing programs and channels. Bonus: direct exposure working with retailers and/or financial institutions on marketing-related efforts.
