Financial Planning and Analysis

• Develop brand-aligned, multi-channel marketing content using Persado’s Enterprise content generation platform
• Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests across digital marketing campaigns, then analyze performance data to learn what resonates with different audiences
• Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients
• Collaborate with clients to align on testing strategies, campaign objectives, brand voice, and long-term content goals
• Ensure all campaigns are delivered effectively, within deadline and aligned with business objectives
• Work alongside the rest of the Operations team, Customer Success, and Data Science teams to ensure customer KPIs are met

Brand Content Strategist – Financial Services

Product Marketing

• Define and continuously refine product positioning and messaging across product tiers
• Articulate unique differentiation in a competitive AI landscape and ensure consistency across channels
• Own market-facing narratives including platform white papers and thought leadership
• Author and oversee creation of product data sheets, solution briefs, white papers, and gated content
• Develop explainer videos, demos, and visual storytelling assets
• Drive website content authorship, SEO optimization, and lead-gen focused copy
• Provide input to SEM strategy, ad copy, and A/B testing of campaign messaging
• Partner with demand gen/inbound teams to optimize gated content and conversion pathways
• Lead creation of market-facing decks for analysts, customers, and partners
• Drive website readiness, PR messaging alignment, and GA launch deliverables across teams to ensure on-time execution

Director of Product Marketing

• Own the full spectrum of go-to-market storytelling and execution across product lines.
• Define and continuously refine positioning across product tiers, articulating unique differentiation.
• Author and oversee creation of product data sheets, solution briefs, white papers, gated content, explainer videos, demos, and visual assets.
• Drive website content authorship and editorial oversight; ensure SEO optimization and lead-gen focus.
• Provide input to SEM strategy, ad copy, and A/B testing; partner with demand gen/inbound teams.
• Lead creation of market-facing decks for analysts, customers, and partners; draft PR templates for product announcements.
• Manage GA launch deliverables across teams to ensure on-time, high-impact execution.

Customer Success Manager

• Drive customer engagement and adoption of Persado, serving as the lead day to day contact for Fortune 500 Enterprise accounts in the Financial Services, Media and Technology industry
• Apply a results-oriented, methodical approach to collaboratively develop and execute an account plan and operating playbook that moves customers along a maturity path
• Deliver against customer’s strategic organizational objectives on a quarterly, semiannual and / or annual basis
• Build and expand core relationships throughout the organization
• Partner with CS and Sales leadership to identify and expand account opportunities
• Be an advisor, expert and evangelist of Persado products and testing methodologies: educate and onboard customers, develop users and supporters, build a story of program success, and advocate for customer needs
• Collaborate with marketing managers, analysts and deployment specialists at your customer account to identify and plan campaign opportunities
• Lead bi-weekly or monthly status calls and other ad hoc working sessions (planning, support, results review)
• Play a leading role in business reviews and program governance meetings and serve as the primary point of escalation
• Use creative problem-solving to manage multiple work streams simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Build and advance skills including:
• Identify opportunities for process or product improvements to improve customer experience and outcomes
• Platform analytics (ex: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Bluecore) and testing and delivery platforms (i.e. Salesforce, Adobe, Optimizely)
• Build a strong understanding of cross-channel digital marketing (email, web, search, social and other paid media, mobile, etc.)
• Travel to clients as needed (estimated 1-2 times per quarter)

Senior Customer Success Manager

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for 2-5 Enterprise accounts in Financial Services and/or Retail, driving customer engagement and adoption of Persado.
• Develop and execute results-driven account plans aligned to quarterly, semi-annual, and annual customer goals.
• Act as a strategic advisor on Persado products—onboarding users, enabling adoption, and championing customer needs. Additionally: Lead regular status calls, working sessions, and contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews; Own issue resolution and escalate as needed; identify process or product improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Manage multiple workstreams with creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel as needed (1-3x per quarter)
