About the role
- Own the Cluster brand strategy (3Y horizon) for assigned Skin Health brands
- Translate strategy into clear annual brand plans with defined growth initiatives, KPIs, and milestones
- Lead annual planning cycles including A&P budget management and performance tracking
- Monitor brand performance, identify risks and opportunities, course correct with agility
- Lead the development and execution of integrated ATL & BTL campaigns
- Partner with agencies and internal teams to deliver compelling creative
- Work closely with Cross Functional teams
- Track consumer, category, and competitive dynamics across North Europe markets
- Ensure brand assets, claims, and activations remain compliant and on strategy
- Contribute to the Skin Health innovation pipeline
- Partner with Global teams to adapt innovations effectively
Requirements
- Proven Brand Leadership
- Solid experience in brand management within FMCG, Healthcare, OTC, or Consumer Health
- Strategic & Commercial Acumen
- Ability to build brand strategies and link marketing investment to performance
