About the role

  • Own the Cluster brand strategy (3Y horizon) for assigned Skin Health brands
  • Translate strategy into clear annual brand plans with defined growth initiatives, KPIs, and milestones
  • Lead annual planning cycles including A&P budget management and performance tracking
  • Monitor brand performance, identify risks and opportunities, course correct with agility
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated ATL & BTL campaigns
  • Partner with agencies and internal teams to deliver compelling creative
  • Work closely with Cross Functional teams
  • Track consumer, category, and competitive dynamics across North Europe markets
  • Ensure brand assets, claims, and activations remain compliant and on strategy
  • Contribute to the Skin Health innovation pipeline
  • Partner with Global teams to adapt innovations effectively

Requirements

  • Proven Brand Leadership
  • Solid experience in brand management within FMCG, Healthcare, OTC, or Consumer Health
