About the role

  • Responsible for the execution of General Ledger accounting activities assigned to Perrigo Services International Poland.
  • Apply the guidelines of the accounting manual, ensuring correct cost center and profit center accounting and correct use of GL accounts.
  • Book journals, perform account reconciliations, intercompany account reconciliation, and contribute to financial close reporting in CFIN.
  • Complete the month-end close process.
  • Prepare statutory filings including Financial Statements, CIT and other tax returns, statistical reporting (GUS and NBP).
  • Cooperate with HR on payroll related accounting process.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Finance, Controlling or Accounting
  • Local Accounting knowledge used in practice for Polish entities
  • Additional Accounting Certification would be a plus
  • Solid knowledge of Finance in general and General Ledger in particular
  • At least 5 years experience in similar role within Business Shared Service Centre structures
  • SAP Finance experience
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
