About the role
- Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts using statistical models and market intelligence
- Analyse historical data, promotional plans, and market trends to improve forecast accuracy
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to incorporate business insights into demand planning
- Monitor forecast performance and implement corrective actions to minimize BIAS and error
- Support S&OE/IBP processes by providing timely and accurate demand inputs
- Identify risks and opportunities in demand and communicate proactively to stakeholders
- Work with Supply Planning to ensure alignment between demand and supply plans
- Prepare reports and dashboards for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with planning tools (SAP, SAP IBP, or similar) is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English language
- Experience in FMCG or similar Consumer industry preferred
- Knowledge of S&OE/IBP processes preferred.
