About the role
- Translates brand strategy into a clear activation action plan
- Defines an activation plan brief in partnership with brand managers
- Sets distribution priorities according to brand positioning
- Defines desired price brand positioning according to brand positioning, competition bench, and consumer perception
- Defines desired assets to play in store
- Coordinates with the local CS&I team and validates with the Market Lead
- Creates the activation calendar in partnership with CS&I
- Follows up on plans execution and tracks results
- Shares and presents the category/brand plan with local sales team
Requirements
- 10 years + in brand activation, experiential marketing, trade marketing, or brand management
- Experience ideally in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry
- Proven track record of delivering successful activations or events
- Fluent in French and English
- Excellent soft skills, particularly in influencing stakeholders, coordinating activities across teams and negotiating outcomes.
