About the role
- Responsible for servicing Direct Channel customers – retail stores and C&C (Cash & Carry) – in the beverage segment in the states of Pernambuco (PE), Alagoas (AL) and Paraíba (PB). Manage high-complexity accounts and the performance KPIs for these customers such as sales volume, sell-in and sell-out, monitor merchandising execution at points of sale, visibility, price range control, investment control, collaborate on building Joint Business Plans (JBP) and apply them to the region's clients, implement brand initiatives (adherence to trade plans) and execute in-store activities aimed at increasing sales, excellence in execution, profitability and share growth for Pernod Ricard Brazil. Will directly manage the C&C and regional retail channels, acting as a link between market customers and Pernod Ricard and collaborating in the implementation of our strategies in the region.
- Manage performance indicators for Pernod Ricard brands at customers in the operating sector, including sell-in, sell-out, mix, out-of-stock (rupture), facings, visibility, price range, competitor actions and other indicators that may be created, for both C&C and regional retailers within the assigned portfolio.
- Monitor sales volume (sell-in and sell-out) weekly, analyzing quantities sold by brand and performance by brand and category, and propose actions to improve sell-out results. Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock coverage and minimizing out-of-stocks across the portfolio present in the stores under your management. Propose improvements, bringing innovation and best practices from the channel.
- Develop, present, execute and follow up on commercial plans by brand and client (JBP), aligned with the Commercial, Trade Marketing and Marketing teams and with Pernod Ricard’s strategies and positioning, increasing sales with a focus on sell-out and aiming to grow brand market share.
- Present Pernod Ricard’s brand portfolio to clients in the account list to achieve the ideal product mix in clients’ physical stores and e-commerce channels, providing relevant product information to drive engagement, improve execution and increase category share.
- Develop clients’ digital platforms, including e-commerce, social media and last-mile initiatives, among others, to increase brand presence, visibility and engagement.
- Financial management of clients, including budget negotiation, optimizing the resources released and ensuring appropriate use in accordance with Pernod Ricard’s rules and procedures.
- Manage commercial agreements and contracts and monitor the execution of negotiated deliverables, always keeping the operation profitable with the client. Seek development of our brands to achieve solid results in the region/channel of operation.
- Act as guardian of the company’s strategies within the clients under your management.
- Act with ethical principles aligned with market best practices and in accordance with institutional guidelines.
- Ensure continuous growth of our products in the area.
- Ensure excellence of execution at managed clients.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Advertising
- Postgraduate specialization courses and knowledge of the consumer goods market (FMCG)
- Knowledge of the dynamics of the direct channel (C&C and Regional Retail)
- Experience in managing KPIs
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Knowledge of retail channel dynamics
- Knowledge of beverages (differential)
- Valid driver’s license (Class B)
- English: basic to intermediate (desirable)
