About the role
- Lead the execution of portfolio strategy across a designated geography and channel.
- Lead local market-level planning and execution of net sales, pricing compliance, and execution of brand standards.
- Leverage data & analytics tools to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage key account relationships and ensure execution of national and local programs.
- Partner with distributor leadership and internal teams to build and execute local plans aligned with financial goals and KPIs.
- Coordinate with Customer Success, Field Marketing, and Chains teams to support sell-through and activation efforts.
- Track forecasts, manage local pricing strategies, and provide monthly performance updates.
- Monitor retail pricing and recommend programming to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with data tracking tools and manage POS logistics and budget.
- Train, coach, and motivate distributor sales teams to drive execution and brand growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales tools and market-level plans.
- Promote a culture of accountability, inclusivity, and high performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
- 5–7 years of sales experience in wine, spirits, or consumer goods, with a strong track record of distributor management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using data tools to drive strategy and execution.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Ability to train, coach, and motivate distributor sales teams.
- Experience managing key account relationships and executing national/local programs.
