About the role
- Lead a product team responsible for building customer-facing features and AI-powered workflows that simplify complex permitting processes
- Drive the full product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, design, development, launch, and iteration
- Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, and sales to deliver high-impact features that create measurable customer value
- Work directly with users to deeply understand pain points and translate them into intuitive solutions
- Define and communicate product strategy, goals, and success metrics across teams and leadership
- Mentor and guide other product managers, setting standards for product process, collaboration, and execution
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience with a record of shipping impactful products at startups or fast-moving companies
- Experience leading product teams, not just owning individual features
- Ability to set product vision, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving ability and comfort navigating ambiguity
- Technical acumen and familiarity with software development is a plus
