About the role

  • Perle builds expert-in-the-loop data labeling and adversarial protection solutions for training complex AI models
  • Strategic outbound BDR role focused on opening enterprise accounts and engaging C-suite decision-makers
  • Execute targeted outbound campaigns aligned to ICPs and buyer personas
  • Generate qualified meetings and opportunities that convert to revenue
  • Consistently meet performance metrics for opportunities created, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
  • Leverage sales intelligence, buyer intent data, and AI-enabled tools for multi-channel outreach
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client success to ensure alignment
  • Receive world-class training, coaching, and exposure to executive leadership

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years proven success in a BDR/SDR role, ideally within complex enterprise sales or high-tech SaaS
  • Hunger, drive, and discipline to win in a high-performance sales culture
  • Ability to engage senior executives with relevance and business acumen
  • Comfort working in an early-stage, high-change environment with ambitious growth goals
  • Coachability, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms and CRMs (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Nice-to-have: experience in selling AI technology
