Associate

• Serve as the primary liaison for the Chief Development & Marketing Officer, managing and prioritizing incoming requests
• Draft and edit talking points, briefing documents, presentations, and correspondence for development leadership
• Manage meeting scheduling, travel and meeting itineraries, and administrative needs
• Support Board of Trustees and senior leadership meeting materials and follow-up
• Represent the CDMO in select meetings when appropriate
• Assist with cross-departmental initiatives, campaign projects, and donor stewardship efforts
• Monitor project milestones, decisions, action items, and departmental deadlines
• Coordinate strategic initiatives across development functions
• Translate organizational goals into measurable work plans
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and track departmental progress
• Evaluate workflows and identify resource efficiencies and process enhancements
• Maintain master calendars, reporting schedules, and performance dashboards
• Evaluate fundraising metrics, analyze performance, and identify growth trends
• Synthesize data into reports and presentations for executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and key funders
