Point of contact for users of complex analytical instruments in the inorganic field, including installation, maintenance, repair and qualification
Provide technical support and personal onsite assistance as needed, working closely with our team of experts
Advise on software updates, equipment upgrades, qualifications and process optimizations
Perform qualified fault analyses and deliver documented solutions for continuous improvement at customer sites and within the company
Responsible for timely and accurate invoicing and making decisions regarding repair versus replacement
Requirements
A university degree or vocational training in chemistry, chemical engineering, analytical chemistry, technical or related fields is desirable but not required
Ideally, initial experience in technical customer service for software-based analytical systems
Independent, structured and efficient working style, strong organizational skills, commitment and a high level of customer orientation
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Good knowledge of the MS Office suite
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel (approx. 90%)
