About the role

  • Provide confidential, in-the-moment telephonic support and assessment services to employees of customer organisations during night shifts
  • Support individuals facing challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, financial concerns, and family issues
  • Utilise technology to stay connected with the team while working remotely
  • Deliver structured counselling and psychological support within a stepped care model
  • Help triage clients into appropriate internal and external support pathways

Requirements

  • A minimum Level 4 Diploma in Counselling
  • Registered or accredited membership with a professional body (e.g., BACP, NCS)
  • Experience in a fast-paced counselling or mental health environment
  • Enhanced DBS (we can assist with processing if needed)
  • Desirable but not essential: Experience in Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) or workplace mental health
  • Familiarity with psychological assessment tools and stepped care approaches
