About the role

  • Prepare and execute onboarding plans through the use of project management.
  • Be the subject matter expert in the area of change management and adoption, by leading our customers through the journey of introducing a new travel tool and policies in their organisation.
  • Drives client onboarding forward by providing influential recommendations and creating urgency for client stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and ensure all internal stakeholders are aligned and cooperating towards the common goal of full ramp up of the customer.
  • Be the first point of contact for client escalations during implementation.
  • Prioritise accounts based on client and business needs.
  • Simplify complex technical information for all audiences.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client escalations during the implementation process, always delivering 7 star service.
  • Provide technical support to clients as they set up integrations to marketplace partners or custom-built API solutions.
  • Proactively identify best practice recommendations and provide them to the client, based on acquired experience and data-driven best practice recommendations (not just reactively answering questions / inquiries from customers).
  • Manage the rollout of a new platform for your clients; providing guides, templates and recommendations to the client on how to ensure adoption and long-term success of the platform.
  • Validate client configuration and account satisfaction by monitoring client booking behaviour post-implementation and proactively offering support or recommendations.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English and French (additional languages are a plus)
  • Highly organised, with strong administrative skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and high-quality outcomes
  • Customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering a seamless experience
  • Positive and motivated, with a strong willingness to learn and grow
  • Calm under pressure, able to manage deadlines and multiple stakeholders effectively
