About the role

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution in Marketo, including programme setup, QA, deployment, and reporting.
  • Build and optimise automated nurture journeys that move leads through the funnel and accelerate conversion to SQLs and pipeline.
  • Manage lead flow and data integrity between Marketo, Salesforce, and other tools in the martech stack.
  • Set up and manage webinar programmes, including integrations, automation, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Implement and optimise A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalisation to improve engagement and performance.
  • Maintain and evolve lead scoring models to support sales alignment and marketing qualification.
  • Collaborate with demand generation, product marketing, and sales teams to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, producing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support martech evolution, helping evaluate new tools, integrations, and process improvements that scale impact.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in marketing operations or campaign management within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Marketo, including campaign builds, automation logic, segmentation, and reporting
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including campaign objects, data flows, and lead management
  • Experience managing webinar or event automation (e.g. Zoom, ON24, GoToWebinar)
  • Track record of building and refining nurture and lead scoring frameworks that drive measurable pipeline growth
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting campaign data to inform decisions
  • Familiar with key martech platforms, including: Marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Customer.io)
  • CRM (Salesforce)
  • ABM / intent platforms (6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced SaaS environment
