About the role
- Lead the end-to-end development, refinement, and oversight of forecasting models across all operational channels (email, chat, phone), regions, and skill sets, with a short- to long-term outlook (weekly to monthly).
- Drive innovation in forecasting methodology and proactively identify improvements in predictive accuracy and business impact.
- Own and evolve the capacity planning process, collaborating closely with Operations and WFM teams to ensure we have the right number of heads in the right place and at the right time across our global footprint.
- Translate complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations that enable informed strategic decisions across multiple departments and leadership levels.
- Partner cross-functionally with WFM and Product teams to align workforce planning with business automation initiatives, special events, and growth opportunities.
- Lead retrospective analyses to uncover workload trends and drivers, facilitating data-backed process and product improvements.
- Be a trusted strategic advisor, aligning your team's outputs with long-term business objectives and shaping Perk’s planning and forecasting roadmap.
- Ensure your team delivers quality outputs, reducing technical debt, improving tools and processes, and implementing robust monitoring systems.
- Take ownership of key results and influence company-wide OKRs through your team's contributions.
- Represent the Forecasting domain in leadership forums and proactively contribute to broader organizational transformation strategies.
Requirements
- A proven track record of excellence (3+ years experience) in forecasting, workforce management, or analytics leadership roles, preferably within fast-paced, customer-centric organizations.
- Deep expertise in contact center/WFM metrics, KPIs, and planning strategies, ideally working with a BPO footprint.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
- High level of proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools; ability to mentor others in these skills, experience using workforce management tools like Calabrio.
- Strong mathematical and statistical foundation, with practical experience building and validating predictive models.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing analytical teams.
- A strong sense of ownership, with the ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities independently.
