About the role

  • On-Call Support: Provide on-call IT support during EU late night hours (11 PM to 7 AM CET).
  • IT and Audio-Visual Support: Address IT and audio-visual issues at all US hubs.
  • Infrastructure Projects: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT infrastructure projects.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the senior IT team and report on support issues, project progress, and any roadblocks encountered.

Requirements

  • Work closely with the senior IT team and report on support issues, project progress, and any roadblocks encountered.
