About the role
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles
- Proactively source, screen, and engage qualified candidates
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Create and update job descriptions as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong sourcing, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a remote environment
