About the role

  • Grow Event Planner Bookings
  • Reach out to new potential clients to introduce them to Perfect Venue to book venues.
  • Create and execute marketing initiatives that drive awareness and new business to the marketplace (ie events for event planners, social media, etc).
  • Event Planner Success
  • Manage inbound inquiries and ensure prospective clients are guided through the booking process.
  • Support clients in planning and executing events to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with venues to confirm details and resolve challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with event planners to drive repeat business.
  • Company Event Planning & Execution
  • Plan and manage Perfect Venue’s own events, including customer events, team off-sites and conferences.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in event planning, sales, hospitality, or a related field
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once in a fast-moving environment
  • Creative thinker with an eye for marketing and client experience
  • Passion for events, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences
