About the role

  • As an intern in Business Development, you will work closely with our Director of Client Solutions.
  • You will be involved both operationally and strategically in sales-related initiatives.
  • Analyze markets, develop materials for client meetings, and support growth initiatives.
  • Participate in planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and client presentations.
  • Develop business development materials and decision-making documentation.

Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a master's program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • You are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel and can produce presentations and analyses at consulting level.
  • You speak fluent German and English (C1 or higher).
  • Experience with AI tools, e.g., prompting or workflow automation.
  • Prior experience at a startup is a plus.
  • Technical knowledge in data science, software development, or AI is a plus.
