About the role
- As an intern in Business Development, you will work closely with our Director of Client Solutions.
- You will be involved both operationally and strategically in sales-related initiatives.
- Analyze markets, develop materials for client meetings, and support growth initiatives.
- Participate in planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns.
- Assist in preparing proposals and client presentations.
- Develop business development materials and decision-making documentation.
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled in a master's program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- You are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel and can produce presentations and analyses at consulting level.
- You speak fluent German and English (C1 or higher).
- Experience with AI tools, e.g., prompting or workflow automation.
- Prior experience at a startup is a plus.
- Technical knowledge in data science, software development, or AI is a plus.
