Operations

• Manage and administer client trading platforms, including MT4, MT5, cTrader, and Pepperstone's in-house trading platform.
• Supervise internal dealing infrastructure to ensure flawless execution, accurate pricing, and effective hedging mechanisms, including liquidity aggregators and proprietary trading infrastructure.
• Monitor critical systems (Trading Systems, Proxy servers, Windows servers, Aggregators, Pricing Engine, Third-party plugins) to detect and address issues proactively.
• Conduct regular health and performance checks on all trading platforms and systems.
• Perform audits on trading platform systems and software to identify and rectify vulnerabilities or discrepancies.
• Address Operations tickets and requests promptly with business sensitivity and urgency.
• Manage processes related to corporate actions, swaps, and other daily operational tasks.
• Investigate trade-related issues, identifying and resolving discrepancies or problems.
• Monitor pricing closely and resolve pricing issues.
• Manage escalations and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers.
• Support regulatory reporting initiatives (transaction reporting, best execution, market abuse surveillance).
