About the role

  • Maximise retention
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
  • Serve as the strategic point of contact for your clients
  • Maintain regular client follow-up (calls, QBRs, activity check-ins)
  • Analyse logistics performance and identify optimization opportunities
  • Anticipate churn risks and implement action plans
  • Identify upsell opportunities (volumes, services, options) and cross-sell opportunities (transport/fulfillment)
  • Develop and present high-value recommendations
  • Negotiate and finalize contract changes
  • Escalate client feedback to Product and Operations teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the offering and processes
  • Help structure Account Management best practices
  • Monitor your KPIs (NPS, churn, expansion, revenue per customer…)
  • Update the CRM (HubSpot) diligently
  • Ensure clear communication with internal teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management/Customer Success/Business Development B2B
  • Ideally in logistics, e-commerce, SaaS or services
  • Strong ability to manage client accounts autonomously
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
  • Ability to analyse data and make business recommendations
  • Comfortable with negotiation and commercial development
  • Organized, detail-oriented and structured mindset
