About the role
- Maximise retention
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Serve as the strategic point of contact for your clients
- Maintain regular client follow-up (calls, QBRs, activity check-ins)
- Analyse logistics performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Anticipate churn risks and implement action plans
- Identify upsell opportunities (volumes, services, options) and cross-sell opportunities (transport/fulfillment)
- Develop and present high-value recommendations
- Negotiate and finalize contract changes
- Escalate client feedback to Product and Operations teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the offering and processes
- Help structure Account Management best practices
- Monitor your KPIs (NPS, churn, expansion, revenue per customer…)
- Update the CRM (HubSpot) diligently
- Ensure clear communication with internal teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management/Customer Success/Business Development B2B
- Ideally in logistics, e-commerce, SaaS or services
- Strong ability to manage client accounts autonomously
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to analyse data and make business recommendations
- Comfortable with negotiation and commercial development
- Organized, detail-oriented and structured mindset
