Account Manager

• Maximise retention
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
• Serve as the strategic point of contact for your clients
• Maintain regular client follow-up (calls, QBRs, activity check-ins)
• Analyse logistics performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Anticipate churn risks and implement action plans
• Identify upsell opportunities (volumes, services, options) and cross-sell opportunities (transport/fulfillment)
• Develop and present high-value recommendations
• Negotiate and finalize contract changes
• Escalate client feedback to Product and Operations teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the offering and processes
• Help structure Account Management best practices
• Monitor your KPIs (NPS, churn, expansion, revenue per customer…)
• Update the CRM (HubSpot) diligently
• Ensure clear communication with internal teams

Product Manager

• Define and evolve Frank's product vision in line with business objectives
• Build the product roadmap (short / mid term) and prioritize features
• Identify growth opportunities (new services, features, optimizations)
• Deeply understand user needs (consumers, small professionals, sellers)
• Conduct user interviews, journey analyses, tests and feedback loops
• Translate user problems into clear, actionable product problems
• Write PRDs / user stories / functional specifications
• Work daily with technical teams (tech lead, internal/external developers)
• Manage sprints, track progress, ensure quality and on-time delivery
• Challenge technical solutions with an impact-oriented approach
• Define and track product KPIs (activation, conversion, retention, NPS, etc.)
• Analyze the performance of launched features and iterate quickly
• Support decision-making with clear, data-driven analyses
• Collaborate closely with business, marketing, operations and customer support
• Align stakeholders around product priorities.
