About the role

  • Lead the branch’s efforts to pro-actively meet the client’s financial needs
  • Manage a sales pipeline, achieving assigned goals and surpassing scorecard metrics
  • Turn service encounters into dialogue-based meetings for needs discovery
  • Acquire and maintain lending product knowledge to generate and execute lending and deposit products
  • Support and lead branch staff in servicing clients and building a book of business
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and coaching sessions for team development
  • Monitor branch progress and make necessary adjustments to achieve results
  • Oversee daily branch activities and maintain world class service levels
  • Conduct weekly staff meetings and structured coaching sessions
  • Ensure team compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Manage branch delinquency in conjunction with the collection group
  • Research and provide resolution to customer and branch concerns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in the financial services industry
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a manager role preferred
  • Energetic, enthusiastic team player
  • Demonstrated previous sales success as an individual and as a leader
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, customer service, cross selling and lending skills
  • Decision-maker with well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to pass background and credit standards to hold NMLS credentials
  • Must possess strong leadership skills and great organizational skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop the branch team
  • Knowledge and prior usage of computers and computer systems
  • Ability to work individually and with others
  • Must be able to travel to Marietta Ohio Training Center and to fill in at other branches as needed.
  • Valid Driver’s license. Daily Reliable transportation
